The America Saunas Editors write and edit everything on the site. Our reviews draw on what makers publish, from manuals to the pages where they say where they build, along with the published research on heat and cold. Owner reviews on the makers’ own stores fill in what the documents leave out, and we sum them up in our own words.

When a piece rests on something we did ourselves, it names the place and the month. Everything else says where it came from.

A product goes on the site when its maker says it builds it in the US and we can link the page that says so. Each product page quotes the maker on where it builds and what from, with the date we read it, and imported parts get a line of their own. The heater is often one of them. Our method page explains how we sort what we find and where the FTC draws the line on a Made in USA claim.

The catalog holds 53 products from 30 makers across 6 departments, priced in US dollars from the maker’s own store or a dealer we name. Prices move, so every product page shows the day we recorded its price. We last read the whole catalog on Oct 10, 2026.

Store reviews get summed up in our own words and never turned into star ratings for search engines. Amazon’s customer reviews stay off the site entirely.

Some buy buttons may earn us a commission, and you pay the store’s price either way. A maker can’t buy a place on the list. The disclosure page names every program we’ve joined.
