Before you order
This page gathers what Sun Home publishes about the Nova 6, checked Oct 16, 2026, and adds up what it costs to install.
Who should buy the Nova 6?
The Nova 6 suits a household that wants a six-seat traditional sauna indoors on two tiers of benches. Sun Home builds it in Canadian cedar around a 7.5 kW HUUM Drop heater, and HUUM's app starts it over Wi-Fi.
The Nova 3 is the three-person version for about $3,900 less. Baltic Leisure's 5x6 Silver Series is a pre-built cedar room from Oxford, Pennsylvania.
What does it take to install?
It measures about 79 by 69 inches, stands 83 inches tall and weighs about 926 pounds. An electrician hardwires the heater to a dedicated 240V, 40-amp circuit. The cabin arrives in one crate, and the heater ships separately with its controller and stones.

What to know before you buy
Cedar, electric, 240V, app control. These decide whether it suits your space and your electrical panel.
- CedarCedar resists rot and insects naturally, and it's aromatic. It conducts heat poorly, so the benches stay cool enough to sit on in a hot room.
- ElectricAn electric heater holds a steady temperature on its thermostat and needs no chimney. Many models add app or timer control.
- 240V HardwiredA hardwired model needs a dedicated 240V circuit installed by an electrician. Build roughly $600–$2,500 into your total budget for it.
