This page gathers what Finnleo publishes about the NorthStar, checked Oct 10, 2026, and adds up what it costs to install.
Who should buy the NorthStar?
The NorthStar suits a home with a spare corner indoors and a Finnleo dealer within reach. Finnleo builds the room in Minnesota and fits a 4.5 kW heater built in Finland, with app control through SaunaLogic2.
If you'll frame the room yourself, Finlandia's FPC56 package costs about $3,000 less. Almost Heaven's Auburn, built in West Virginia, comes in at under half the price.
What does it take to install?
The room stands 6 feet wide, 4 deep and 7 tall and weighs close to 700 pounds. It wires to one 240V, 30-amp circuit and needs no separate 120V outlet for the light. The floor isn't included, so plan one that can take water from the bucket.
