What to know before you buy
Aspen, far-infrared, 120V dedicated. These decide whether it suits your space and your electrical panel.
- AspenAspen is a pale, low-resin hardwood that won't bleed sap or overheat where skin touches it.
- Far-InfraredFar-infrared heats your body directly while the air stays at 113–140°F (45–60°C). It draws less power, and many cabins run on a normal household outlet.
- 120V Dedicated CircuitThis model plugs in at 120V on a circuit of its own, through a heavier-duty outlet than a standard wall socket. If your home doesn't have one, an electrician adds the circuit and the outlet.
